At the May 2007 SAQA conference, attendees were asked to bring small bags of "studio droppings," scraps from a previous project. These bags were swapped and handed out, and members were asked to make a small piece from these leftovers. My bag, from Mary Stardt, contained fabric scraps, the charms, and this quote:
